I sent the RTE DC office an email but they haven’t replied back yet. I did talk to a real person on phone...I told them AXA is a Thai insurance company. She didn’t seem to believe me.

I sent this email to the RTE DC. The lady from RTE DC on the phone said AXA is not an approved Thai insurance company...but it’s the very first company listed under the RTE website link...
