What should I do if I haven't received a notification on my ATK test app after 7 days in Thailand?

What I actually did this morning. I searched my hotel's facebook page and found it. They have a line account. I sent them a message saying its my 5th day in Thailand. Where to send my ATK result? The hotel replied to give my name and send the result. That's it.

Without visa. The travel agency told me that we are under visa free. So should I exchange currency now before I fly to Bangkok or I can change currency when I arrive Bangkok? Anyway Thank you so much for your reply.
