TLDR : Answer Summary
If you haven't received a notification on your ATK test app after 7 days in Thailand, you should consider the following steps based on community advice: 1. Email your test results to your hotel or message them via their Facebook or Line accounts. 2. If you cannot find the notification, try reinstalling the app as some users successfully found their notifications after doing this. 3. Ensure you are using the correct lab number (often just 'ATK') and that you are uploading your results correctly. If needed, use any available ATK test, provided you follow the local guidelines.

Just email your hotel, send them a message on Facebook or Line. Pictures of the results.

I can use any ATK test? I still have one from Cambodia. Where is the lab number?

My hotel told me just do the test on day 5 and if its negative I don't need to do anything.

When I spoke to them. They told me to reinstall the app. Bingo! The link was there waiting for my ATK result. The hotel concerned was the Jasmine Hotel. Phra Khanong. Fantastic service and help.
and is the release date the day it was manufactured or the day the test was taken?

What I actually did this morning. I searched my hotel's facebook page and found it. They have a line account. I sent them a message saying its my 5th day in Thailand. Where to send my ATK result? The hotel replied to give my name and send the result. That's it.
