What should I do if I haven't received a notification on my ATK test app after 7 days in Thailand?
Today is day 7 and I have yet to get a notification on the app? What do I do?

OPI can use any ATK test? I still have one from Cambodia. Where is the lab number?

My hotel told me just do the test on day 5 and if its negative I don't need to do anything.

When I spoke to them. They told me to reinstall the app. Bingo! The link was there waiting for my ATK result. The hotel concerned was the Jasmine Hotel. Phra Khanong. Fantastic service and help.

I used lab no. on original test certificate t&g first night/hotel. And yes updated app today after checking for notifications since ****
and there were several days of message requests to report. Had taken photo of result with test kit lot No. and easy to upload that.🙂Andy *************

What I actually did this morning. I searched my hotel's facebook page and found it. They have a line account. I sent them a message saying its my 5th day in Thailand. Where to send my ATK result? The hotel replied to give my name and send the result. That's it.

I missed my first notification on day 7 they did send a 2nd, which I found in the app. Also send to day 1 hotel.
