I think nothing will be change till January 2022 because 7000+ effected and 80+ death on an average daily in Thailand.

Do I need to book a separate PCR test for arrival at Phuket airport if I booked a SHA+ hotel through Booking.com?

Booking.com or Agoda can't give you Test and Go or Sandbox package.

For that you have to booked from direct website of SHA++ hotel.

You can't edit your pass but you can apply for new one with another email id.

I also was in same problem then applied for new thai pass and get within 4 hours, already I am in Bangkok.

You can apply for one more with new email id, I also get the same problem and try it 2nd time.

Why can't I leave my quarantine hotel in Bangkok after a negative PCR test?

I am in sandbox program, yesterday I checked in on 11:30am and I got my negative result on 5pm then I go out for movie and also take my dinner outside in Bangkok.
