He has a tourist visa(60 days) and when he gets to Thailand he wants to renew it to a retirement visa. I also forgot to mentioned that he was arrested for drunk driving once. And he was told to not cause any trouble for one year

Pretty sure he has the visa since we waited for quite long before he was able to get all the papers done to apply for it, most likely it's the ticket.

i'm not sure what ticket he had but he planned to make a retirement visa here so i believe it was a one way. They told me that the Thai immigration stopped him from a boarding.

He went to the immigration, i think he overstayed for less than a year, i think it was around 2-4 months
