I think this might be it because the airport said the Thai Immigration did not allow him on the flight. Is Suan Plu in Bangkok??

The airline said he was restricted by the Thai Immigration. The airport tried to help out by calling Thailand but it was the weekend no one answered and nothing was done. Dad and the travel agent have communicated with the airline this week and they have confirmed he is still on banned list.

How is this possible? Did they perhaps forgot to remove him from the list or are the just slow?

A little update, the paper work he has states that the ban expires on the 6th of may
