Yes of course she can work . You just need to show marriage certificate and spouse visa .

If you marry her through the British embassy consulate then she will have the same rights as any other British woman , when she arrives in the U.K. she will have the spouse visa and she will be able to work , I know this because I was married to a Thai woman 20 years ago .

Sorry for this bad time in your life , I have been there and I know exactly what you’re going through , it’s not nice and it’s not easy but believe me going to Thailand with no money and no profession is not the answer .

Stay where you are , keep looking for work and eventually you will find a job and you will save a little each month and when you’re in a better place, you will travel and enjoy but now is Not the right time for you .

Which Muay Thai gym are you training at ?

Did you have to pre book a Muay Thai course and pay in advance for a given amount of time ?

I wouldn’t go in May if I was you , I know it’s cheaper and quieter but the humidity is unbearable and the mosquitoes deadly
