Sounds like I need to bite the bullet and allocate 30,000 baht for peace of mind, speed and accuracy. Someone in here mentioned the Maneerat Agency Pattaya they quoted me 25,000 baht (new visa 15 month) NonO (3 month) and 1 year (12 month) this is how it is written so not sure what it means. "Passport will be kept here

Honestly, I am financially able to have options, and I always have backup plans, and backup countries, so it's no big deal to me. At this point in my life, happiness is the quest, and that is my filter. Thailand checks many boxes and gives lifestyle options, but I am traveling and will use Thailand as a base.
