just so others know, that 3M baht COVID insurance and COE needs to be for the length of the visa you are entering on, so if 1 year retirement, you need 1 year insurance

possible at least for retirement, you need to do it at Chaeng Wattana C1, not sure when it came into effect. I needed to already have the 800,000 baht in the bank for 3 months when I applied for the change.

It requires copy of owners passport, rental agreement etc, so didn't have those with me. I do have an online immigration search printed out that confirms my TM30 but didn't have that with me either as I have never needed it!! I think I was just unlucky and got the wrong person looking at my form. Made an appointment to try again tomorrow.
