i have never paid the fine when hotel or landlord didnt do it, found out at immigration doing extension. Hotel/landlord always paid. Lets stick to the official rules and no bs rumours what you throw in the air ok? If you paid, thats your choice, they told me too if i want to get my extension that minute, i have to pay, so i went again next day. You seem to know nothing about thailand, since you dont even know its up to the officer lol
