 how come I can change my visa to Retirement now when I'm still married but can't when I'm devorced or widowed, I'm not sure if you have to leave the country, I'll ask immigration in December.

 Yes the German Embassy even add up all my pensions together even my Army pension because i let it be paid into a German Bank.
