do I understand correctly I need to do my first 90 in person and then I can use the on-line report system? Oh and thank you for the above information. Edward
So enjoy Thailand first year visa worry free with exception of the 90 reporting and renew insurance for another year, exist comeback re-stamp and then start monthly deposits for 3rd year stamp with new insurance and 12 months deposits. Will this still be under non OA?
hum :/ so sit still six month or one year depending on immigration - get 1 year extension do as please - then sit still 6 month to one year etc I guess that’s not so bad.
this is my question in the same line. I want to retire in Thailand but not settle down for 9 months while I travel the whole country in 2-3 week stays from place to place and then sign long term lease. So if I understand your answer. I have to have a minimum 90 day lease to apply and process? And can I move around then. Will airbnb count? Or should I get a very inexpensive apartment and move around then and use it as my lease requirement and do my required 90 day reporting?
