What are some good beach destinations within three hours of Bangkok that offer clean beaches at reasonable prices?

Rayong beaches are lovely but not surf waves. Hua Hin is good but beach not marvelous .

Cha Am closer to Bangkok, has nice beach and other attractions.

Reasonably priced accommodation available at all three.

Wise is good. I have been in Thailand, transferred money from Westpac to my wise, then send it to my lady Kasikorn bank account. She then gets cash from ATM.

On many occasions only a few minutes or less.

Once money in Wise about ten seconds and fees are reasonable.
