indeed. I have more than one passport but I use my Irish one whenever I travel and it of course has all my visa stuff in it.

actually the Irish embassy in bkk is one of the most helpful embassies. Check out their website for the list of services. I have sent them 2 years of bank statements in order to provide a letter confirming my income for 2024. For bleeding fing tax purposes and for my LTRV. They said they'd confirm in 5 working days as I called them directly to express the urgency of the matter.

If you are wealthy and plan to stay more than 180 days I'd suggest forget non o and go for LTRV instead. Zero taxes no matter how long you stay in thailand

I got tested for like 20 allergic reactions when I did a full medical at bkk hospital pattaya. Apparently I'm allergic to dust mites. That's it. But I have zero idea what they were testing for with the other 19 needles but I would suggest a full allergy test.

I'm sorry but I'm a banker an Treasurer but yes it does depend where you are sending from and to. Look I can get Kenyan schillings to Columbia in a day. It's probably your bank. All banks are idiots u know I've worked for the best on Wall Street doesn't matter.

doesn't matter. All.income from 1st January 2024 is now subject to tax in thailand. There's probably a double taxation treaty in place between your home country and Thailand so you can claim tax relief as you've already paid taxes in your home country. There are a few exemptions but best to talk to a tax lawyer as each individuals case will be different. But it'll be costly to do so.
