TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the search for dedicated resources for gay men in Thailand, including nightlife, dining options, and community support. Various users suggest websites like aseannow.com and travelgay.com, as well as popular areas like Boys Town in Pattaya and Silom in Bangkok. They recommend apps such as Grindr, ThaiFriendly, and Utopia for socializing and dating. Just be streetwise, there's plenty of young legal Thais that will want you to buy them the world.

Montana Court hotel is close to whole scene in Pattaya … used to stay there 15 years ago when the Kitty Club was in business and full of girls, before it changed to a Ladyboy club and finally closed … it was next to the dormant, closed up Penthouse Hotel …

Now the road has heaps of India restaurants and India tailors, but Montana Court is still around… and about 900 baht a night…cheap hotel with balcony rooms overlooking the amazing Pattaya beach, not far from Walking Street .. you want answers to your questions,
@Alfred **********
, stay at the Montana Court and immerse yourself in the area …

Hey Alfred. I totally got your point. Yes we eat in same restaurants but sometimes we want to be in a gay community. I will move to Bkk in April. But yes open a new group … with enough content the group will grow. :)

Supertown Jomtien Complex is a group you can find on Facebook
David *******
You could start by joining the ‘Jomtien Complex’ and ‘Supertown Jomtien Complex’ groups on FB. They are both run by business owners in the Complex - which is an area in Jomtien with restaurants and gay bars. The area is popular with a lot of people whether gay, straight, male, female etc.

Where in Thailand are you? In Pattaya, for example, there is a whole street pretty much dedicated to the gay community.

I also think apps like Tinder and Thaifriendly are enabled so you can select your sexuality and meet other gay people.

Good luck and I hope there are no stupid comments posted in reply, but if there are, ignore them!
