Yeah, I did use them already. I was denied entry at DMK. I am worried to try again. I was scolded pretty good by IO at the airport and made to return back to place of origin.

Do you know what the criteria is to qualify for that..is that the retirement visa? if so, I qualify in the age dept but I am not retired and do not have a monthly pension coming in
I am 52. I dont plan on staying in Thailand much longer. Its charm is gone.....but i do want to visit and tie up loose ends and have time to do it. I will stay and work for another year if needed, but long term, i rather marry and return to US or teach somewhere else
I have been very honest about everything even to the IO...and they dont care...its very black and white with them. "The law is the law" and "you have to know for yourself" when i mentioned that if what i did was wrong why was stamped previously and never told that i cant do it again by other IO. I know the answer...but being truthful didnt help and maybe hurt me. sometimes ...just better to shut up when dealing with IO
