I understand that Tod, but if they wish to remain here for the long-term without the expense of returning to their "home country", it is really becoming increasingly difficult, particularly if they are on a budget and making a border bounce considered costly.

The attire I have seen westerners wear everywhere from DMCW to the US Embassy is shall we say, "surprising" to say the least.....even with the signs advising what is considered impolite.
