The overstay fines are just their no bonus money. Just make it to the Airport asap

I just left 2 months ago 2 year overstay. If you make it to the airport just have 20k baht to pay at the passport checkpoint and you will only have a 3 year ban if less than 3 years overstay.

not all of the documentary were digitalized but another person with a similar situation paid extra so one of the agents could look through the paper copies

I didn’t have all the required documents for a Thai passport. I’m 52 born in Thailand 1971, no records of my birth and not all documents were digitally converted. Father passed away and couldn’t find my mother haven’t heard from her in 40 years. My people tried to help me as much as they could.

I pay fine no ban because I am Thai but only had Thai birth certificate to show proof of citizenship . American Passport born in Thailand and mom Thai
