They have banned flights but they haven't banned Britons from visiting.

"UK passengers are not banned from travelling from the country, but must travel via a third country to do so".

In the past they have asked for proof of residence, plus the local embassy validates your vaccination certificate, so you're going to want to have been vaccinated there too.

Country from which you are travelling (and to keep it simple, where you were vaccinated, as the embassy verifies the vaccination certificate).
