I don’t know when you all last rang these number, but all I get is the Thai version, at the beginning it says in English for English press 9, when you press 9 nothing happens and then the hole pre recorded message starts playing from the beginning again on a loop

Phuket sandbox you have to land direct at Phuket airport from outside Thailand, in your case Colombia to a European country then direct from that European country to Phuket or Colombia via the Middle East then onto Phuket
I wouldn’t recommend doing that, I know someone personally who used one and I took a long time to get there pass back, causing unnecessary stress and someone posted in here this morning that they still hadn’t received there’s back after using one
