I got pulled at Bangkok airport and told last time they will let me in without the correct visa as I come too often. They are pulling up regular visitors to Thailand. One of my mates even got deported back to Malaysia. The warning they give is go back to your own country and make the correct visa if your a regular visitor and that's what I'll be doing next time. If your not a regular just be ready at the airport to buy a bus ticket out of Thailand on 30 days. So even if they let you board in your own country you can get pulled up at immigration when you land

God I love Thailand. Don't pay your rent in England the government make the landlord take you to court and you can live in the property rent free for up to 6 months whilst the landlord loses rental income and has to pay expensive court fees whilst the tenant lives rent free. do the same in Thailand you lose all your belongings, and might get a visit from some local Thais. Pay your rent or if you can't give notice beforehand.

I don't know what mm2h is but I agree that it's sad our beloved country has changed so much that we no longer want to be there. I don't know what your budget is but I would recommend £2000 a month for Thailand otherwise you will be living a very lonely and boring life trying to live on a small budget
