as many have said already - you do a stirling role as moderator and inform all of us on the correct process and places in visa land that at times can be a confusing muddle - rightly stay on - decent moderators are a rare thing and you stand out as being consistent, informative with a sardonic twist - which of course is welcomed in a sea of drab.
