What should I do if I'm having trouble reregistering on the new TM30 webpage in Thailand?

Is anyone else having trouble reregistering with the new TM30 webpage. It wont accept my email and password, and Thinking i need to reregister, i click on the register button, to just go back to the email and password page. Very frustrating

Okay, people this ISN'T about how to get the OLD (unsupported app that immigrations had called Section 38)

AND

We have no idea if that app will even FILE a valid TM30 on you. The fact you can log in and check previous TM30's doesn't mean it's filing a new one if you tried to use it

You want to file a TM30 you register to use the NEW system just like immigrations said when they put out the notice..

The system appears to be swamped and now I can't even get to it online from the phone or the pc 😮

I think they didn't realize just how many people would be trying to register 😛

it does work, i was able to register, get the confirmation, change the temp password and add an address

Just has some glitches.. I finally had to do it with my mobile phone

BUT

they could just be having TONZ of people trying to use the system too and that's causing the error you're getting

Not an IT expert, but could it be that user name and password are saved in your browser and automaticly filled in. Try to clear those savings and try again.

yep, many people are getting that "run around in circles" issue. I finally had to register on my mobile phone and all it would do by the PC was run in circles.

Might be the cache or something dunno really

BUT

I was finally able to register via my mobile, got the email of the temp password, went in changed it, added an address and am ready IF I need to file a TM30 on myself 😛

nope, IF you need to file a new TM30 you need to re-register on the new system

for me it was the other way around. I was unable to register on mobile so I used PC and my chrome browser. All went well. Confirmed email address and got password.

is it enough to file on myself? I use old system for years. I just need for myself, have yellow house book…

New system looks like it for businesses only but not for condo owners.
