Good Afternoon all,

I've looked around on the site for the answer but can not locate, hence my question.

I am on my 90 stamp with the look to apply for the 1sy year retirement visa stamp in November. Is there an online version of the handout on what is required to apply? I am unable to visit CM immigration due to illness.

thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information on the online requirements for applying for a one-year retirement visa due to being unable to visit the Chiang Mai immigration office in person. Responses suggest that specific requirements can vary by immigration office and recommend checking local Chiang Mai groups for shared information. They also mention the possibility of having someone inquire at the immigration office on behalf of the user.

@Tod ********
is the 1 year bank statement only required if it is your second or after 1 year extention?

@Michael ********
, right for the first 1-year extension with banked money, you need bank statement for at least 2 months.

i tell people to get at least 3 month detail transaction reprot IF they are just getting their very FIRST yearly extension..

From Chiang Mai immigration

Sadly
@Ian *******
that is the WRONG hand out. The O/P is here ON a 90 day Non-O visa and they will apply for the year extension in Nov..

You posted the requirements to get the initial a 90 day Non-O visa from the immigration office at Chiang Mai NOT the year extension requirements

@Ian *******
yep totally did, thanx for that

You can post in a Chiang Mai group and ask if anyone has the requirements, but I'd say you are gonna hafta slog on over to the Chiang Mai office before you apply for that extension to get the actual requirements at THAT office.

This is a general idea of what CAN be required..
