Just one more question, hope its not off topic. If I instead of search for a new non-o based on children, is it possible to get a tourist visa on arraival even thu I just had non-o for three months, and after that, visa for visiting children 2 months? Because I dont know how long the processing time is for the Non-o at the embassy in Vietnam.

ok 👍 is there any quarantine when going to Cambodja? Yes I can get that, but they want a father certificate made here in Thailand and I have search for that but it will take 45 days to get it 😕

I have just been to the juvenile and family court to get registred as a father of my 3 kids.

But it will take 45 days for them to get me the documents and by then my visa has expired 😕

So I think my best option are to leave for Laos and get me a tourist visa.

I came with a non-o family, it expired in March, could not make the existension because of missing birthcertificate from a thai instance, they made me a 2 months visiting family visa instead. That visa is about to expire soon, any suggestions what to do? Can I leave Thailand for example Laos and obtain a tourist visa on arraival? Even thu I just hade a non-o and a visiting family visa?

Thanks for the answers. Sorry but I wrote a little wrong above. I meant a non-o based on family. I have kids that are born overseas but are thai nationals. I came here with a non-o family visa. I was told to use the same documents for the extention after 3 months in Thailand as I used to obtain the visa back home. But I went to the office and they need further documents for me registrated as a father other then the ones I have from the thai embassy. Anyone know where to get thoose pappers?
