Hi everyone, my Thailand pass was rejected with this comment: Thailand Pass system has rejected your registration due to Please register through the Friendship Bridge 2 Mukdahan checkpoint and attach the visa page. Sorry for any inconvenience.

What do they mean? I choosed enhet thru landborder in savanhaket -mukdahan, and Im right know in savanhaket to search for the non-o.

Answer summary

The Thailand Pass registration was rejected because the system requires you to have a visa already, specifically asking you to register through the Friendship Bridge 2 Mukdahan checkpoint and include the visa page in your application. It is recommended to obtain the visa first before reapplying for the Thailand Pass.

I see so if I go for the 30 days on arrival in Thailand instead of making the non-o here in savanhaket I should be able to get the Thailand pass without a requierd visa

I would just say you're using visa exempt for your Thailand Pass application. It shouldn't matter what you actually have when you enter the country.

It sounds like they want you to have the visa already and use it as part of your application
