I am in Florida so it goes to Washington DC. The status says pending document check. Was sent in on the 25th of January so it has only been six business days since I sent it in. I haven't heard anything yet. How long did it take for you to get the response telling you that you needed to provide a document?

just a quick question, why would he need to print out his insurance policy and his signed F.I.C. and show to I.O. if he was already approved for OA?

They told you what to do in the beginning of the thread. Walk into an agents office and tell them what you are looking for, they most certainly will get it done. Read around the edges my friend. Like someone said the agents know all the backdoor ways to get you what you want. It will cost you but it shall be done.
