I’ve sent copy of itinerary/receipt from air China with outward flight on. Also copy of visa, but axa want copy of ticket (didn’t check in online so impossible to get), or boarding pass (don’t have)

The insurance say they dont deal with visa stuff, still trying to get them to pay for hospital (being pissy about not having a copy of her boarding card out to thailand, even though ive sent a copy of receipt for flights with ticket number on) so stressful
