for anyone following- finally got payment thru using a 4th card. (mastercard credit) at 9:00AM thailand time after clearing all cookies and history- it might be an issue with office hours

tried using both v and mc. And yes correct website tried on 2 diff desktop browsers. Searching google it seems to be a glitch some ppl get and they just gotta keep trying
