TLDR : Answer Summary
You can use your eVisa for your next arrival in Thailand as long as you leave the country and re-enter within the eVisa's validity period. It is essential to have a printed copy of the eVisa when you go through passport control.

That will be for the application for the visa. Once you have the visa it’s irrelevant where you fly from.

Yes. You’d have to leave Thailand to activate it. Obviously you’d have to enter before its expiry date.

As long as you leave and re-enter Thailand within the valid dates of your evisa, there's no issue at all using it.

Just make sure you print it off and have it physically in you hands when you go to reach passport control at the border/airport.
