Are Thai nationals required to pay for their ASQ stay when returning to Thailand?

There is also one repatriation flight a month from Hong Kong. I don’t know how easy it would be to take a flight from wherever you are at one of these three options (mentioned above)?

I believe the logical step for any Thai wishing to return would be to reach out to their local Royal Thai Consulate to discuss options!?

I have the same dilemma, but my current visa runs out on 1st April. I had planned to visit friends in Malaysia...but...😕 And the prospect of returning to the UK (as my Embassy has suggested) fills me with dread!
