You would then assemble such parts BUT the vehicle would never be registerable or Insurable.

It's a stamping mistake or you did not show your e-visa.

If it's a stamping mistake then a local immigration office may help you.

In most cases you will need to go back to the entry point and see if they will fix.

Otherwise you will need to use it on your next entry.
