Martin Sea Shepherd well, Penang has been much more difficult from Vientiane. The posts in the group confirm this. If I had known how difficult, I would’ve gone back to Vientiane.

Martin Sea Shepherd this would be my second 60 day tourist visa. Last year I got a six month METV back in the states, then a 1 year ED Visa in Kuala Lumpur, then a 60 day tourist visa in Vientiane, and now this.

Can I switch from a Thai ED visa to a Tourist Visa and then back to a different ED visa while traveling to Laos?

Don’t go to Penang, trust me. I had everything they asked for, but now I have to go to an interview with an agent. Vientiane was MUCH easier.
