Thanks James, but it's the notarization process that worries me. The institutions themselves are not notarizing the documents. I'm using a third party to notarized them and he or she can only notarize that I am swearing that the documents are true and accurate. I hope that is enough.

I suspect a local Schwab branch won't be as accommodating when it comes to notarizing documents. I'll just pay the fee for UPS to notarize my Live Scan criminal record clearance report, my CalPers pension confirmation letter, medical report and Schwab account balances. Cheers, William
