Hi All,

How soon can I apply for 30 day extension when I arrive in Chiang Rai please?

I’m an Australian, traveling on 60 day tourist visa.

Thanks very much! 🙂

Is there a way to apply for a 60 day visa, then travel to Thailand and not use it for your first entry?

Situation is: Australian heading to Thailand for 28 days then flying to Singapore for 3 days then back to Thailand where I want to then activate a 60 day visa so I don’t have to get an extension (as will be in a rural area)

Good morning. I'm an Australian citizen and I will be traveling to Cambodia for a one month stay, arriving on 18th March. My Cambodian visa expires 27th April. From there I want to travel to Chiang Mai and obtain a retirement visa. I know the steps to get this done including the 800,000baht deposit. I'm wondering when I should start the Thailand Visa procedure. Should I start the process now before I leave Australia, or can I easily obtain the Thai Visa while in Cambodia on the Cambodian Visa.

Thanks :-)

Hi, my family (wife and 2 kids) and I are looking to relocate to Thailand for an extended period of time, which visa would be the best for us, we would like to stay for a year at least if possible, we are both under 50 from Australia.

Thanks in advance
