Hi guys

Can someone please tell me the Thailand tourist,Visa entry options for Australian passport and Indian passport as I have seen that both of them don’t need a Visa for 90 days but there’s something else they needed like a E-Visa or it’s not very clear in the website. Can someone please help me for 1 week visa only?

Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
Australian passport holders do not require a visa for stays of one week in Thailand, as they can enter with a visa exemption for 30 days. For Indian passport holders, they can enter visa-exempt until May 2024, after which they will have to acquire a Visa on Arrival for 15 days. The discussion also touches on the E-Visa option not being available for Australians until March.

You enter visa exempt/no visa for 30 days.

Australia passport you need a visa which is TR60 only 60 days then you extend by 30 days at immigration to give you 90 days. Information is available on the Sydney thai consulate website

Neither can get 90 days without a visa.

Canadians can get a 30 day visa exempt stamp if they travel without a visa and can get one 30 day extension, giving 60 days in total before they must leave.

Until May 10th Indians can get the same as above. After May 10th it will revert back to 15 days Visa on Arrival which costs 2000 baht and cannot get any extension.
