It's a legit site but there's very little benefit to using it. It costs extra money, you still have to go to immigration. You can do all this yourself for free by making an appointment through the free system and not having to pay any convenience fee.

It is but keep in mind you still have to attend the immigration office at Chaengwattana even with e-extension
