Has anyone used PDC Visa Khonkaen ??  Are they legit?  I asked for a quote to process a dtv, using a class in Udon or somewhere in Issan.  They replied and wanted to see every page of my passport.  Is this normal behavior?  I simply asked if they have a muay thai or cooking class in Issan, and the price for their services,  😄 🤣 😂 😆

The only reason I think an agent would want to see every page of a passport is to check travel histories and and over stay stamp. However, i would not be comfortable with providing anyone that. I would rather do it myself

I asked an agency can they get me a 5year driving licence renewal with dtv (I knew its not possible but back in the days agencies said it is), and they asked to see my every passport page without answering the question :) suspicious at least

No that's not the norm in response to your question. Best to DIY with a gym who has a track record of DTV approval.
