None of visa services are legit. Anyone and his dog can open a shop for visa services. They are not regulated, the government does not even know they exist. Somehow, the do the job, we can guess how.

It is more the trust foreigners have for some of them.

Imagine, they send your passport to Nong Kai, their van has an accident and your passport burns in it. What you can say? The agency may simply vanish and no contact.

you just said you don't have the funds in the bank to apply for the Visa you want, the fund requirement is Thai law

Agents I know charge 12,500,you could put that money into Hard Money loans and get 12%

yes agents are expensive and the only thing I would ever use one would be if I didn’t have funds

an agent renewal costs 14k and you avoid all the time wasted at bank and immigration. Zero

Frustration.

And I make 7.5% on my 800k equivalent every single year. 60,000 baht every year. So someone would waste ZERO time, no frustration and make an extra
