Hi everyone I was currently on a amnesty till the 31 of July now with the new amnesty I wanted to know if it is an automatic amnesty for everyone Or if have to go to the immigration for any stamp or something like that ?

Also  I hold a French passport and I have a non O visa base on marriage

If you're on amnesty you no longer have a Non O visa based on marriage.

The amnesty will end September 26.

You have until that time to determine your next steps if you wish to stay in Thailand.

1. Obtain an extension of stay Married to Thai...will require 400,000 Thbaht in Thai bank account in your name only.

OR

2. Obtain a 60 days extension for family visit...from Thai Immigration.

OR

3. Watch for borders reopening

Now all closed...to seek out a new Non O Married Thai from Savannakhet or HCMC Saigon with no financial proof required.

OR if your Embassy does not issue an extension letter requesting a 30 days extension for you...

4. Prepare to leave Thailand.

Also for the 60 days extension for family visit can be done for after the amnesty ?
