TLDR : Answer Summary
The user entered Thailand in December 2019 on a Non-Immigrant O Visa and has utilized several amnesties and extensions. As of October 2020, they have no valid visa stamp and are allowed to stay until October 31. Comments suggest that they must visit their immigration office to apply for a new 60-day extension for 1900 baht instead of seeking another amnesty.

nope, you are on an expired 60 day extension that went to amnesty you don't have any valid stamp to get extended until Nov 30.

You are allowed to stay until Oct 31st, and you need to go apply for the new 60 day extension at your immigration office for 1900baht.

GO to your immigration office and see what documents are required for this extension.
