Can I Obtain a Visa During the Amnesty Period in Thailand and Do I Still Need to Report My 90-Day Stay?

Hi everyone. In Thailand the amnesty has been renewed but two things are still unclear to me. The first is if it is now possible to obtain a visa and the second if those who have a tourist visa like me must make the 90 days report. As for the visa, I understood that it is useless to ask the agencies since magically everything is possible and I don't know if it is normal, authorized and legal. What do you know?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current amnesty in Thailand does not clarify new visa options for those already in the country. It's advisable for tourist visa holders to prepare for departure, as the announcement suggests no new provisions are available and to check with local authorities or agencies for specific guidance.

The announcement does not mention new visa possibilities inside the country. You may try but the message for tourist visa holders is prepare for departure or in case of medical issues contact the hospital for documents.

, It does not mention it but does not clearly say the opposite either.

To convert into a Non Immigrant visa inside the country you need at least 15 (some offices 21) valid days left on your Admitted until period stamped in your passport. No need to mention all the rules.

I don't understand why you mention the Non Imm Visa. I think my question is clear

Prepare to departure or pack your bags and leave. In case you can not travel you need to contact your hospital. That is mentioned in the announcement. You can not get a new visa inside Thailand.

, Yes, I understood this even if it doesn't seem right to me since I am attending a school. I know more people are asking a Volunteer Visa.
