TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, there is no COVID-19 vaccination requirement to enter Thailand from the USA. Many users confirmed that vaccinations are not mandatory, which was not the case during the height of the COVID pandemic when restrictions were in place. Although vaccinations for other diseases like MMR and Hepatitis are generally recommended for health safety while traveling, there are no specific vaccination mandates for entering Thailand as of now.

MMR, TDAP at the very least for the safety of you and others would be highly recommended. Hepatitis is also smart. As far as travel based recommendations, typhoid would be at the top of the list.

No and why would u want something that don't work and can harm you.

No covid vaccine is necessary/needed to travel to Thailand.
Carlos *********
No, it never was an absolute requirement.

@Carlos ********
during Covid it was a absolute necessity, until they closed the borders, even when the border’s reopened it was a necessity. Don’t forget we also had a ban on inter- provincial travel during Covid, so I can’t see the logic in your comment. But definitely not a requirement now.
Carlos *********
@Rob *********
nope, never was. There was an option for unjabbed throughout.

@Carlos ********
not when the borders were closed, even inter-provincial travel here was banned at the height of Covid, there were check points everywhere. But now it’s all gone, and no restrictions apply anymore.

whatever!?!

a pointless exercise getting jabbed, didn’t protect you or you’re loved ones.

it protected me and my family 🤷‍♂️

Peter Riley sure peter. You don’t know how you would have reacted if you got covid whilst unjabbed. Everyone to scared to death of covid so quickly took the jab, as advised by the government. Thankfully a small amount of people could see what’s going on, did some research away from the controlled msm, listened to reputable scientists, who strangely had been silenced on msm, and listened to proper advice.

Now the excess deaths are starting to be seen.

WHO and WEF advised people not to take ivermectin, and only just week came out and and said it treats covid very well....it was never just a horse tranquilliser, and didn’t win noble prizes for being rubbish.

Anyway, the lies are start g to bear fruit now, and the graphs are showing adverse events due to the so called vaccine.

Good luck !!

But it freed up travel within Thailand. During covid I visited every corner of Thailand travelling in empty planes and staying in dirt cheap hotels, with cheap car hire. Had to flash the covid pass so it certainly worked for that! Didn't care about anything else, just wanted my freedom!
Gary *********
Roberto Stephen still a pointless exercise as it didn’t stop transmission and certainly didn’t protect your loved ones.

Got jabbed just to travel…oh dear.
Roberto *********
@Gary ********
Yep. And it worked. I wasn't going to sit around inside for two friggin years like so many people did. Life is to be enjoyed, not to be looked at through a window. I had the BEST time. The beaches were empty and clean, businesses really wanted your custom, everyone was so polite and welcoming. So not a pointless exercise for me at all!
Gary *********
@Roberto ********
well, I never took the shot and managed to travel around, so things worked out just fine for the unjabbed.

@Gary ********
Couldn't fly Thai Airways and many of the upper market resorts wouldn't allow without the Covid Pass, and couldn't get into Phuket without it. But hey, it was free, so what's the difference?
Gary *********
@Roberto ********
as I said, I went all over thailand once restrictions were lifted, asked once to show the comical covid pass, other than that never asked. No problem flying, no problem booking hotels.
Roberto *********
@Gary ********
Ah ok. I went during the restrictions. I thought so, because most hotels wouldn't check you in unless you had the covid pass. I flew once to Phuket with only six people on the flight. The beaches were almost deserted. We had six waiters serving us at restaurants on the beach as they were almost empty. Stayed in a 5-star resort which usually has rooms for $400 a night for $80. It was the best of times! The tourist areas of Bangkok were deserted but bars in Sukhumvit were open and selling beers for 40 baht a pop. Just had to flash that covid pass and in we went. I'll always remember the covid era with affection

@Gary ********
well it was entirely up to the individual wasn’t it.
Graham ******
@Rob *********
What he means is that unvaccinated were required to do quarantine to enter
Rob **********
@Graham *****
most people were, but we had a while when the borders were totally closed, we even had inter-provincial travel bans and check points everywhere. I can say what the Carlos actually meant, as the phrasing of the comment wasn’t that clear.
Rob **********
No it is no longer a requirement to enter Thailand.

No

There's no requirement
