Hi everyone, I would like your input on a certain visa/WP issue.

My Non B visa expires on 4th August 2019

But my work permit expires on 1st November 2018

Here's my question

I am not working anymore and will be leaving Thailand on 6th of November.

So would I face any problems while exiting the country since my work permit has expired but visa isn't.

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice about exiting Thailand after their work permit expired (on 1st November 2018) while their Non B visa does not expire until 4th August 2019. They plan to leave Thailand on 6th November 2018 and want to know if this situation will cause any problems at the exit. Comments emphasize the importance of cancelling the work permit and extension of stay on the last working day to avoid overstay issues.

1 November is when your permission to stay ends

If as you said you are here on the Extension of Stay based on working this has to be cancelled on your last day of working. If you did not cancel this you are in overstay since that day.
Robert *******
You must cancel the work permit at the Ministry of Labor where you got this on the last day of working. And you cancel your Extension of Stay at Immigration Office where you got the stamp on the last day of working. You can at both offices cancel in advance so you have time to arrange your travel plans.

Do you have a one year B Visa obtained at a Consulate or a one year Extension of Stay you got at the Immigration office?
