I think I'm in a pickle... I had a WP that I just found out ended on March 1st after I finished my job here, My VISA Type was done by the company when I arrived a few years back - its valid until August 2019 according to the stamp, the company was doing the 90 day reporting - My TM6 was stamped last on the 27th of Jan 2019 (last trip abroad) -- I've not left the country since that date....My VISA in the passport just say NON-IMM so I have no idea what type it is, I have no letters or nothing from my ex-employer - I'm not sure what will happen when I hit a land border this Saturday, this has in the last 48 hours come to light, and I'm panicking like hell whats to do and what will happen, my wife is Thai and we are in the process of trying to get a marriage VISA - but its taking longer than expected.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is facing an urgent situation regarding their work permit and visa in Thailand. Their work permit expired on March 1st, and while their visa is valid until August 2019, they are confused about the type due to lack of documentation from their previous employer. They are concerned about the implications of crossing a land border with this expired work status, especially since they are in the process of applying for a marriage visa with their Thai spouse.
