TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether they must leave Thailand after their Non-B visa expires, despite having a valid work permit. Comments indicate that upon shutting down the company, the work permit should be canceled, and the user must leave the country before the visa's expiration date. It's noted that a tourist visa cannot be obtained while in Thailand.

As people said, IF you're on the original entry from the 90 day visa, you just let it run out and you'll automatically go onto amnesty until the 31st of July.

As you shut down the company, you turn in and cancel the Work Permit at the Ministry of Labor where you received it.

As you say, if you are still on the initial 90 days of your Non Immigrant B visa, you leave the country before the Admitted until date.

You can not get a Tourist Visa inside Thailand.
