Less than 5 hours after I passed through Immigration on my return to Bangkok last Monday, I went to my online account to fill in the TM30. Since there was no "Submit" button, I hit "Save", but my information seems to have been erased. I then reentered my information and, since there was still no "Submit" button, I hit "Save" again, with the same result that my information seems to have been erased. I don't know if hitting the "Save" button resulted in the submission of the online form, or whether my efforts proved to be for naught. In any case, I have not heard anything from Immigration by snail mail or email. Thoughts?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced issues with the TM30 online submission after returning to Bangkok, where saving their information did not seem to record their entry. Several comments offered troubleshooting steps, including checking for data via a search function in the system, using different browsers, and avoiding translation features that might disrupt the process. Ultimately, the user was able to confirm that their information was recorded by following user advice and taking a screenshot for reference.
I appreciated all of the suggestions. I followed Anisa Ismail's advice (thank you very much!) and found that my information had been duly recorded. Needless to say, I made a screen shot and printed it out in case I ever have a problem about this with Immigration.
Okay, you could always download the user manual and look at the photos (that would get you close enough).
If you are using the online system, what you need to do is;
enter your information into the boxes in the system,
press the blue "transfer data to table" key
make sure the data is entered on the table below
press the floppy disc icon to save the entry
EXIT the system
re-enter the system and click the second choice (has the english words SEARCH for TM30)
put your check in date in the first box AND in the second box (you can only search for a 7 day window but you're just trying to find your data so use the same date in both boxes) ;)
It should find your data and then you do a screen grab of that showing that you filed a TM30
There are similar posts on other forums with people having the same problem in Chrome. The answer was not to use google translate (for whatever reason). This worked for many of those having this issue. The other "easier?" way to do this is via the app instead of the website... this is much much easier and far less prone to error.
Try this. Go back to the main page of the extranet. If you expand on the second bullet in the sidebar
(ค้นหาและดูข้อมูล), it should show you this:
ค้นหาข้อมูลแจ้งรับคนต่างด้าวเข้าพัก(Search TM.30). Click on that, and fill in the same date for check-in and check-out, which is the date you filled in the TM30. That should pull up your most most recent entry.
