What should I do if I can't save my TM30 report online?

Only a short TM30 question 

We try to do it online but when we hit the „save“ button they say progressing and then -> something was wrong.

I think the  Immi-Server has the problem.

We try both systems , upload the excel sheet and put in the Details manually.

Has someone the same problems

Or we made something wrong?

there has been reports that the system will not let people save data on the website OR on the mobile app for iPhone, but it will work on a mobile phone using android :O

I know I did a few TM30's for people using my android phone when they couldn't get it to work on their mac or iPhone

did you check to see if it worked or not by going back into the system and using the search function and checking to see if it saved or not?
