For the last 15 days I have been trying to submit my 90 Day report online. After calling many times, today I was told before I can submit my TM47 electronically that I first must register and submit my TM30 Notification of Residence through the Thai Immigration website first. After many attempts I was able to accomplish this. I discovered you cannot use the Safari browser. I was able to use Google Chrome successfully and I was told on another call it is also ok to use Explorer.

Unfortunately I will not be able to find out if I can now file my TM47 90 Day notification until August because I ran out of time and had to file in person in Phetchaburi last week.

I hope this helps some of you avoid the many steps and calls I went through.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user shares their experience of trying to submit their 90 Day Report (TM47) online, explaining that they had to first register and submit the TM30 Notification of Residence on the Thai Immigration website. They encountered issues with the Safari browser but found success using Google Chrome or Explorer. Ultimately, they had to file their TM47 in person due to time constraints and hope their experience helps others avoid similar difficulties.

not sure. I could not get Safari to work when I tried my 90 day and when I called they told me not to use Safari. But even when I tried my 90 day with Chrome I could not get it to work. I could probably call ten times with the same question and get ten different answers

90 days report trouble shooting

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly (not in the English way, i.e. day/month/year , not like month/day/year)

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O” (Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.
