How can I successfully sign up for TM30 reporting online in Thailand?

Question

Has anybody successfully signed up for TM30 reporting online recently?
Tried yesterday parts of the web form using Chrome on a laptop won't input data and if you use Chrome on Android it will input everything then you submit and it states the address does not exist?
The section38 app takes forever to stop spinning and the register button does not respond. It would appear something is broken at a server level
No big deal though it would be nice to not ride an hour to immigration

Success after doing the above and turning off all unnecessary extensions, make English is chosen at the top of the address field it inputs fine

I just checked, the system's working as normal on Chrome for MacOS 10.14.

The Thai servers are notoriously unreliable, try again later.

You have to turn OFF Auto translate with Chrome or it won't allow you to input data and turn OFF popup blocker

1. If you can't sign up using the web based system, try one of the other programs:

iOS

2. Try some troubleshooting techniques. This includes:

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying the information correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

If the system still doesn’t work, then your only choice is to file in person.
