How can I successfully sign up for TM30 reporting online in Thailand?

I just checked, the system's working as normal on Chrome for MacOS 10.14.

I did it today Greg no issues

The Thai servers are notoriously unreliable, try again later.

You have to turn OFF Auto translate with Chrome or it won't allow you to input data and turn OFF popup blocker

This isn't a computer helpdesk group, but I'm willing to help you out:

1. If you can't sign up using the web based system, try one of the other programs:

2. Try some troubleshooting techniques. This includes:

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying the information correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

If the system still doesn’t work, then your only choice is to file in person.
